SCOPE The Palms Residence is a single-family project that focused on creating a clean layout with minimalist material-forward details. We enlarged the house with a front and rear addition to provide this family of 5 plenty of space to be together or retreat for privacy. Upon entering the house a direct view to the rear creates a connection through the communal area to the lush rear garden. Light wood and a white aesthetic of the inside millwork evoke a purposely crafted atmosphere white the kitchen and living room with modernist windows and skylights create a spacious feel. The custom cabinetry allows more storage space while preventing clutter, making it an inherently organized living space with clean lines.
