Sarah Le Clerc, a licensed architect in New York (license number 038673) and California (C-39716), is the founder of OPEN MODE. She holds a B.S. in Architecture from the Ohio State University and an M.Arch from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. During her time at Pratt, she served as the Senior Editor for the school’s architectural journal, TARP, for two years.

Throughout her career, she has worked at various architectural firms in Ohio, New York, and Los Angeles, including Lewis | Schoeplein Architects, Bittoni Architects, and Mosaic Design Studio. She is also a NCARB certified architect and has served on the Pratt Institute Los Angeles Chapter Alumni Board. Her expertise and contributions have led her to be invited to participate on academic design juries at institutions such as Pratt Institute, Ohio State University, New York State Institute of Design (NYSID), New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), and The New School of Architecture & Design.
