SCOPE  Due to the inability to add a second story due to HOA regulations and potential view obstruction, we decided to focus on the interior. The layout was rearranged for maximum efficiency and a new kitchen was installed. For the best view of the Pacific Ocean we decided on a corner-less window so as to not hinder the view with a post or vertical support.
