SCOPE Renovation and addition to an existing home in Westchester. Located on a high and sloped site we decided to enclose the site with a front retaining wall to level out the front yard and gain more usable space. The interior is divided into two focal points- the rear pool and the Hollywood sign as seen from the front patio. A central kitchen functionally caters to both front and rear. A private hallway provides access to all sleeping rooms.
